Data Processing Information
Company Information
My name is Matthew Jowett and I trade as Temple Reports. The SIRET number for my business is 88501743400014. My address is 54 Rue de Fougères, 35340 Liffré, France. Data is processed on this site for the legitimate interest of running a business. This policy applies to temple-reports.com and its subdomains, and to mattscopyshop.com.
Data Handling Procedure
The site uses no client-side analytic tools. From the server-side I may see basic information like what country you have visited the site from and when.
In order for you to contact me through the site I use a WordPress plugin called WPForms which allows you to send me your contact details and any additional message you choose to submit. I have used the GDPR Enhancements within the tool to Disable User Cookies and to Disable User Details which means the form does not collect any data other than the details you explicitly type into the contact form and submit with the send button. Your contact details and any additional message you choose to send using the form will then be stored in my email client where they may rest indefinitely.
I have my site set to redirect all traffic to https addresses only. If you visit my site in the Chrome browser, a small padlock will be shown to the left of the URL in the address bar indicating you are visiting an https site. If you click on this padlock a drop-down display panel will appear which shows the number of cookies the site has installed on your computer. This should always display zero. This is why you do not see the cookie consent form you often see on websites. It’s because I do not use any cookies and so a consent form is redundant. The site does not have any other features that collect or process visitor data, even in an anonymised form.
Additional Information
Data submitted using the site’s contact form will not be shared with any third parties and will be treated as confidential. The contact submission form is the only way in which personal details will be processed on the site.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing.
You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority should you have any concerns about how I treat your personal data. In my case this is the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
